The IMD predicts Delhi's maximum temperature could reach around 39°C on Monday, with a possibility of climbing to 39°C-41°C by Tuesday. On Sunday, the city's primary weather station, Safdarjung, recorded a maximum temperature of 38.5°C, which was 1.4 degrees Celsius below the seasonal average. Other monitoring stations reported maximum temperatures between 38.4°C and 39.1°C.
