Cryptex Finance has submitted its sixth pre-effective amendment to the SEC for the Cryptex BAGZ ETF, a spot multi-token digital asset fund intended for listing on the Nasdaq. The filing, dated October 23, 2026, updates the fund's index methodology, custody arrangements, and staking framework.
The BAGZ ETF will track 24 tokens from a broader 36-asset index, organized into five thematic tiers. Major coins will not exceed 51.7% of the index weight, while L1/L2 protocols will account for approximately 22.25%. DeFi applications will form a third bucket, and meme/innovation tokens will share a combined ceiling of 15%. Anti-concentration rules limit single assets to 30% of the index and constituents to 50% of their tier's allocation. Assets falling below a 0.15% floor will be removed quarterly.
The fund's own governance token, CTX, is included at a fixed 2.0% index weight with a 6.5% fund-level minimum floor, a conflict of interest acknowledged in the prospectus. Proof-of-stake assets, representing 26.82% of the portfolio, will be staked to generate yield credited back to the fund's net asset value, capped at 33.0% of total assets. This structure aims to simplify institutional crypto investing by offering a single liquid equity ticker for broad-market exposure.
