Independent developer Crate Entertainment has announced a concrete launch date for Grim Dawn: Fangs of Asterkarn, the third and final expansion for its hack-and-slash action RPG. The expansion is set to be released on July 23 for PC via Steam, GOG, and Humble Store. This comes after the previous expansion, Forgotten Gods, was released in March 2019. During the interim period, Crate Entertainment, a small studio, also released a successful city builder titled Farthest Frontier and commenced work on new projects. Despite these other ventures, the studio returned to Grim Dawn, a game that has achieved significant commercial success, selling over 10 million units across its base game and expansions.
