Hybe Co., the agency representing the K-pop group BTS, issued a formal apology on Saturday after the first night of the group's 'Arirang' world tour in Busan experienced a significant delay. The concert, scheduled to commence at 7 p.m. on Friday, was pushed back by approximately 75 minutes to 8:15 p.m. due to issues with the entry process for the tens of thousands of fans attending.
In a notice posted on the fandom platform Weverse, Hybe expressed deep regret to the audience for the inconvenience caused. The agency assured that it would bolster overall on-site operations to prevent similar recurrences during the second concert, which is set to take place in Busan later on Saturday.
