Audi has unveiled the Nuvolari, which it claims is the fastest and most powerful production vehicle in its history. This hybrid supercar generates a combined output of 1,001 PS (736 kW). The powertrain consists of a 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine, which alone produces 800 PS and can rev to 10,000 rpm, working in conjunction with three axial flux electric motors. Production of the Nuvolari will be limited to 499 units, with each vehicle starting at a price of €600,000.
