SpaceX closed regular trading at $135.92 on November 4, down $5.39, or 3.81%, from its previous close of $141.31. The decline came after Democrats won control of the Senate and House in the US midterm elections, while the big US stock indexes closed higher. The report said the Democratic majority could mean more congressional oversight of technology firms and federal spending, and that analysts have raised concerns about potential delays or further investigation into Elon Musk's proposed business plans.

On the sell side, ARKK sold 36,331 Bullish shares and ARKW sold 35,248 Iambic Therapeutics shares.
