Key facts
- ATNM-400 remains active in prostate cancer cells resistant to approved androgen receptor inhibitors.
- The drug targets resistance to enzalutamide, apalutamide, and darolutamide.
- ATNM-400 offers flexible and well-tolerated dosing in prostate cancer models.
Actinium Pharmaceuticals presented new data on its drug ATNM-400 at the SNMMI 2026 meeting. The data demonstrated that ATNM-400 remains potently active in prostate cancer cells and tumors that have developed resistance to all three currently approved androgen receptor inhibitors (ARPIs): enzalutamide (Xtandi®), apalutamide (Erleada®), and darolutamide (Nubeqa®). This resistance is a significant challenge in treating advanced prostate cancer. ATNM-400 directly targets the point of failure for patients with this resistance. The presentation also highlighted that the drug offers flexible and well-tolerated dosing in prostate cancer models.
