WASHINGTON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Senior US Justice Department official Harmeet Dhillon, who led the Civil Rights Division and oversaw investigations into universities, voting and religious liberty, plans to resign imminently, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday.
