In Austin, Texas, the Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin is set to be developed with the support of an $870 million senior construction loan, facilitated by JLL's Capital Markets Group. This project marks the first purely residential Four Seasons resort, intended to include residences, villa lots, private boat slips, and a private members club.
In the hospitality sector, Braemar Hotels & Resorts has divested its Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa for $176 million. The 193-room luxury resort was sold at a substantial per-key price of $912,000, reflecting current market valuations.
