Reggora's Forms platform has achieved verification from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 appraisal standard. This verification allows the browser-based software to be used during the government-sponsored enterprises' Broad Production Period, which began January 26, ahead of the mandatory November 2 compliance deadline.
The platform is designed to streamline the appraisal process for residential appraisers by consolidating multiple applications into one. It supports both the new UAD 3.6 format and the existing UAD 2.6 forms, including General Purpose reports. Features include integrated access to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data, public records, comparable property research, market condition analytics, and automated time adjustments based on Federal Housing Finance Agency home price index data.
Brian Zitin, CEO of Reggora, highlighted the platform's ability to eliminate the need for appraisers to juggle multiple applications, saving time, context, accuracy, and money. Harrison Kennedy, product manager for Reggora Forms, emphasized that the platform aims to make appraisers faster and not just meet compliance requirements, noting that appraisers need months of practice with new workflows before the mandatory date.
Reggora Forms is available immediately to residential appraisers at no cost, operating entirely through a web browser without requiring software installation or per-report licensing fees.
