PulteGroup, a major homebuilder, is expanding its presence in Florida by establishing a new division in the Panhandle region. This strategic move aims to capitalize on the strong demand for new homes in Northwest Florida. Taylor Larza, who joined PulteGroup in 2016 and has held various procurement roles, has been appointed as the vice president and market manager to lead this new venture.
The expansion is underpinned by a previously announced agreement with The St. Joe Company, which covers up to 2,653 homesites across two communities in Bay County. The initial phase of development is projected to commence in 2027. Homes offered through the new division will be from PulteGroup's established brands: Pulte Homes, Del Webb, and DiVosta.
Rich McCormick, PulteGroup's Southeast area president, expressed confidence in the region's growth potential and congratulated Larza on his appointment. Larza stated his enthusiasm for building the division from the ground up and continuing to support the Northeast Florida team.
