SERHANT. has appointed Nick Janovsky as the new director of luxury sales for its Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Gulf Beaches operations. The announcement was made on Wednesday.
Based in St. Petersburg, Janovsky brings a significant track record to the role, with over $250 million in career sales volume accumulated across more than 340 transactions. He was recognized as a top producer for five consecutive years at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty's St. Petersburg office and has been noted in RealTrends Verified agent rankings.
Janovsky's specialization lies in luxury waterfront estates, architecturally distinctive homes, new development projects, investment properties, and assisting with executive relocations. Prior to joining SERHANT., he led The Nick Janovsky Group at Premier Sotheby’s.
