Under the terms of the agreement, RACC will become an owner of Stellar MLS while continuing to operate as an independent association. Stellar MLS will serve as the exclusive MLS provider for RACC's members.

The Realtors Association of Citrus County, founded in 1952, offers education, advocacy, and professional resources to brokers and agents in the county. Keith Pullias, president of RACC, emphasized that the decision to join Stellar MLS reflects a commitment to providing members with the resources and opportunities they requested.
Marsha Coleman, association executive at RACC, confirmed that member feedback was a primary factor in the decision, noting that Realtors consistently expressed a desire for access to Stellar MLS.
