Miami Realtors + RWorld has completed its second merger in just over two months, joining forces with Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast. This strategic move expands the organization to approximately 94,000 members across five southeastern Florida counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie.
The combined entity now operates a unified Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that spans a nearly 120-mile real estate corridor, solidifying its position as the nation's third-largest MLS. Leaders stated the merger aims to build the strongest possible organization for the future, delivering enhanced data, innovation, advocacy, and opportunities.
Dionna Hall, co-CEO of Miami Realtors + RWorld, who is slated to become the organization’s sole CEO in 2027, emphasized the value of creating a unified entity. Teresa King Kinney, also co-CEO, welcomed Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, highlighting the seamless integration from Miami-Dade to St. Lucie.
Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, founded in 1926, brings nearly a century of experience and its weekly Market Watch program to the merged association. Its CEO, Janet O’Brien, noted that members overwhelmingly supported the merger for greater opportunity, expanded resources, and enhanced services.
The consolidated organization now serves close to 7 million residents through 15 offices. Members will benefit from access to combined MLS datasets on both Flexmls and Matrix platforms, free IDX feeds, over 2,800 educational programs annually, more than 300 products and services, 300-plus global partnerships, free Supra access, and 11 data-sharing partnerships.
