Marti Realty Group (MRG), an independent brokerage operating as a team, has affiliated with Keller Williams City-View in San Antonio, Texas. The move, announced by Keller Williams on Thursday, is expected to accelerate MRG's business and expand its reach.
In 2025, MRG, co-founded by Chris and Meredith Marti, achieved $260.9 million in volume across 735 transaction sides. The affiliation brings Keller Williams an integrated new-home ecosystem, including the New Home Buddy platform, which connects homebuilders, agents, and buyers. This platform currently lists new construction homes for many national builders in Texas and will now expand its services across the U.S.
Beyond New Home Buddy, MRG's ecosystem includes Numouve, its builder and new construction division powered by Homeward. Numouve offers clients purchasing new homes solutions such as buy-before-you-sell and cash-offer options, which are particularly relevant in the current higher-interest-rate environment. Chris Marti stated that the decision to join KW was driven by the company's belief in entrepreneurship, scale, and supportive culture.
MRG currently comprises 16 affiliated agents and 24 staff members. By leveraging Keller Williams' national network and training, Chris and Meredith Marti aim to broaden the market reach for their platforms and builder partners.
