Keller Williams Realty has launched KW Modular, a new community designed to equip its North American agents with the knowledge and resources to engage in the growing modular housing market. Announced at the company's Mega Agent Camp, the initiative will offer specialized training, certification programs, and industry connections.
The KW Modular community is structured around three core pillars: education, connection, and certification. Agents will receive training on various aspects of modular housing transactions, including land acquisition, development processes, financing, and building relationships with factory-built home manufacturers. The program also aims to foster a network of agents, modular builders, developers, and vendors.
Scott Malouff, the leader of KW Modular and founder of Malouff International Group, stated that the goal is to empower agents to confidently participate in the emerging segment of residential real estate. He noted that factory-built homes offer a solution to labor shortages and affordability challenges, providing greater efficiency, consistency, and predictability in the construction process.
