Ocusell is set to launch its List product within OneKey MLS, a major multiple listing service catering to approximately 42,000 subscribers in the New York metropolitan area. This integration aims to enhance the efficiency of property listing processes for real estate agents.
The List product is designed to expedite the input of property data by automatically populating up to 70 fields on listing forms. It also includes features for reordering photos and performing rule checks to ensure compliance before a listing goes live. Additionally, the platform offers optional AI-powered tools to generate public remarks for listings, a feature intended to reduce errors and compliance-related issues.
OneKey MLS, serving agents across Long Island, the five New York City boroughs, and the Hudson Valley, is the second MLS to adopt Ocusell's technology. The company's CEO, Richard Haggerty, stated that the decision was driven by the technology's value in simplifying processes for its members. The implementation includes a custom toolkit specifically designed to manage the detailed data requirements for Manhattan listings, which often involve co-ops, condos, and multi-family buildings.
This move aligns with a broader industry trend toward consolidating data entry points and incorporating AI into MLS workflows. For brokers and agents, this can lead to faster time-to-market for properties and a reduced risk of penalties associated with listing rule violations. Ocusell CEO Hayden Rieveschl highlighted a shared vision with OneKey MLS to streamline the listing workflow and minimize redundant tasks for agents.
