The resort offers 202 keys, comprising rooms, suites, and garden villas, all boasting sea views. A central feature is the HYLIAA Wellness & Spa, named after the Arabic word for "elegant beauty." This expansive spa covers 2,095 square meters, including a 511 square meter fitness area, and provides a range of services such as massages, facials, and hot and cold therapies, including a sauna, heated whirlpool, cold plunge pools, and a cryo chamber.
Guests can engage in tailored one-, two-, or three-day wellness journeys. These experiences include activities like sunrise yoga on the beach, sound healing sessions, culinary workshops, and guided stargazing. For relaxation, the resort features five swimming pools and a 900-meter private beach.
Currently, three of the resort's six planned dining venues are operational: MAA Social, serving Middle Eastern cuisine; OAASIS Lounge; and ALMAA Pool & Bar, offering Mediterranean dishes and kombucha. Additional restaurants, including ZAATAR (Asian, Persian, Arabic), SAFAA Beach Bar and Lounge, and ROCK BAAR (mocktails and tapas), are slated to open later in 2026.
Beyond the resort's immediate amenities, guests have opportunities for external exploration, such as touring Corallium, a marine conservation research facility, or visiting the Yacht Club and nearby shops and restaurants. The resort is accessible via Red Sea International Airport or NEOM Bay Airport, both approximately a two-hour drive away, and Al-Wajh Airport, about a 50-minute drive for domestic travelers.
