UK intercepts Russian oil tanker in English Channel

Furthermore, Prime Minister Keir Starmer communicated with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte regarding the UK's defense strategy. Starmer informed Rutte that the UK intends to publish its defense investment plan prior to the forthcoming NATO summit scheduled to take place in Ankara.
