Ukraine stated its long-range Flamingo cruise missiles hit the Titan-Barrikady weapons plant in Volgograd, which is believed to be involved in producing components for the Oreshnik missile system. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared a video of the strikes, asserting that Russian defense facilities involved in the war are legitimate targets.
Simultaneously, Russia conducted extensive attacks across Ukraine, including 129 drones, with Ukrainian forces destroying or jamming 113. These strikes targeted production facilities of Naftogaz Group in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions. Casualties were reported across Ukraine, with at least two killed and over 20 injured in Russian attacks. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, one person died and two were injured.
