Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health has reported that Israeli attacks between March 2 and June 13 have resulted in 3,756 deaths and 11,632 injuries. These figures represent the cumulative toll recorded during that period.
The Public Health Emergency Operations Center released the latest statistics, indicating that the highest casualty rates were concentrated in the Nabatieh and South governorates. Earlier reports on June 7 had stated 3,613 deaths and 11,072 injured.
According to the World Health Organization, June 2025 saw a significant increase in Israeli military actions in Lebanon, including airstrikes and drone warfare. Since October 2023, the Ministry of Public Health has recorded over 17,300 injuries and more than 4,100 fatalities. The conflict has severely impacted Lebanon's health system, with one in ten hospitals affected and 241 health workers killed while on duty. Approximately 981,500 internally displaced people have returned to their homes, though 82,700 remain displaced.
