Operation Pertinax, a collaborative effort between Spain's Guardia Civil and US Homeland Security Investigations, uncovered Bianco's alleged role. Court documents suggest he provided logistical support for drug couriers and facilitated the storage and transportation of narcotics, including significant quantities of MDMA, cocaine, ketamine, and cannabis, across the Balearic Islands between September 2019 and August 2020.
In 2020, authorities arrested 21 suspects across Spain and seized substantial amounts of drugs and cash. In Miami, three individuals were arrested and significant quantities of MDMA and ketamine were confiscated.
