The region's governor, Andrei Vorobyov, stated that an industrial site in Novoselki, Chekhov, approximately 69km south of the Kremlin, was attacked, causing a warehouse fire. Seven of the injured were in moderate condition, with one in serious condition.
Ukrainian media reported the site was linked to Wildberries, an e-commerce company that Kyiv alleges supplies the Russian military, a claim Moscow denies. Wildberries warehouses in St Petersburg and Tver regions were also reportedly targeted overnight.
