Three teenagers, including a 14-year-old boy, have been arrested in connection with a murder investigation in Central Park, Chelmsford, Essex. Emergency services were called to the park around 7pm on Friday where a 21-year-old man was found with critical injuries. Despite the efforts of paramedics, the man died at the scene. Essex Police arrested three suspects, aged 14, 17, and 18, shortly after the incident, and they remain in custody for questioning. The victim's family has been informed and is being supported by specially trained officers.
In a separate incident, three teenagers were arrested in Santa Barbara, California, in connection with a fatal shooting at Bohnett Park on February 20. The victim, 29-year-old Luiz Terrazas, died at the hospital. Authorities announced the arrests of Jimmy Alexander Mora Jr., 18, and Jorge Hurtado, 19, who face first-degree murder charges, along with a juvenile suspect charged with weapons and conspiracy offenses.
