Stefon Diggs will not face disciplinary action from the NFL following a league investigation into allegations of assault. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy stated that the league found insufficient evidence to support a violation of its personal conduct policy.
This decision comes after Diggs was acquitted last month of charges including felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery. These charges stemmed from an alleged incident on December 2 at his Massachusetts home, where his former live-in personal chef, Jamila Adams, testified that Diggs assaulted her during an argument. A jury deliberated for less than two hours before reaching a not guilty verdict on all counts.
