Global space leaders to convene in Delhi for India Space Congress

Over 600 participants, including 200 speakers and moderators from more than 25 countries, are expected to attend. The congress will feature discussions on critical areas such as satellite communications, direct-to-device connectivity, Earth observation, geospatial intelligence, launch systems, in-orbit servicing, navigation, defense space, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, space sustainability, manufacturing, investment, policy, and international cooperation.

SIA India President Dr. Subba Rao Pavuluri emphasized that achieving India's ambition of a $44 billion space economy by 2033 necessitates predictable regulation, stronger demand signals, risk-sharing mechanisms, enhanced industry-academia collaboration, and access to long-term growth capital. The theme for this year's congress is 'Reimagining Space, Reinventing Collaboration, Realising the Next Era of Space'.
