DK Vertex plans to provide an integrated ecosystem that includes IT, payroll, hiring, analytics, and concierge services, alongside recreational facilities like podcast studios and wellness zones. This comprehensive offering is backed by a Rs 300 crore investment from its parent company, Vertex Group.
Gagan Arora, founder and president of Vertex Group, explained that the inspiration for DK Vertex stemmed from the challenges of scaling businesses in traditional workspaces, which often prioritize occupancy over operational efficiency and growth opportunities.
Of the total leased area, 700,000 square feet is designated for workspace, with the remaining 300,000 square feet allocated for ancillary and recreational facilities. Currently, 6,000 seats are operational and 75% occupied, with an additional 4,000 seats expected to be available within the next two months. The client base comprises high-growth startups, MSMEs, and over 15 Fortune 500 companies, with 70% of occupants being international brands.
