Artificial intelligence is inadvertently creating a challenge for recruiters by enabling job applicants to produce highly polished and nearly identical resumes at scale. This trend is forcing companies to look beyond traditional CVs and place a greater emphasis on candidates' soft skills and real-world experience.
Nicholas Kirk, chief executive of recruitment firm Michael Page, noted that resumes are no longer the primary selling point they once were.
