Nibulon, a Ukrainian agricultural company, has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing its progress in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and outlining future objectives through 2030. The report, prepared in accordance with GRI and ESRS standards with significant external stakeholder input, highlights advancements in renewable energy adoption and resource efficiency.
Key targets include the installation of solar power systems at 30% of its grain elevator complexes and meeting 100% of its freight and passenger fleet's electricity needs with solar energy by 2030. As of the end of 2025, solar systems were operational at nearly 9% of elevator facilities, and solar energy accounted for 12% of the fleet's electricity needs.
The company also reported reductions in resource consumption. Fuel consumption per hectare in agricultural production decreased by 1.4% in 2025, with a target of a 10% reduction by 2030. In logistics, fuel consumption per 100 kilometers fell by 4.1%. The share of hybrid vehicles in Nibulon's fleet increased to 5%, aiming for 20% in the coming years.
Furthermore, Nibulon is focusing on circular resource use, with a goal to reintegrate 90% of waste into the economic cycle, having already achieved 86%.
