Leaders announced Tuesday that up to five conditional loans will be issued, with each loan supporting the development of two nuclear reactors. These projects will be jointly owned by Westinghouse Electric Company and its utility or energy company partners. The financing is earmarked for the acquisition of nuclear plant components that have extended manufacturing times.
