Amit Brahme, who worked at TCS's Hinjawadi office, was found dead at his residence on June 2. According to the complaint and a purported suicide note, Brahme named a colleague, Vinod Palicha, for allegedly sending defamatory emails about him to the company. The note also implicated two female colleagues, Archana and Shashwati, accusing them of repeated humiliation, withholding favourable work, assigning unsuitable projects, reprimanding his performance, and threatening adverse feedback in front of co-workers.
