Zelin, 35, was seen entering Miami Beach's 47-story Akoya Condominium on February 12, with Corey Hutterli, 37, following closely behind. The incident occurred three days before Zelin's death. Zelin was allegedly thrown to his death from his apartment balcony in a Florida high-rise.
