IDEAYA Biosciences has announced a clinical collaboration with Roche to investigate the efficacy of their respective drug candidates in treating a specific type of pancreatic cancer. The collaboration will focus on evaluating IDE892, IDEAYA's Phase 1 MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor, in combination with Roche's Phase 1 pan-RAS inhibitor, RG6505. This combination therapy will be tested in patients diagnosed with MTAP-deleted, RAS-mutant pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The agreement includes upfront payments and potential milestone payments for Ideaya. IDEAYA is responsible for certain aspects of the collaboration.
