Ferrari announced on Tuesday the appointment of Massimiliano Di Silvestre, the current President and CEO of BMW Group Italy, as its new chief marketing and commercial officer. Di Silvestre is set to join Ferrari's leadership team on July 1, reporting directly to CEO Benedetto Vigna. He replaces Enrico Galliera, a long-serving executive who spent over 16 years with the luxury sports car maker.
