Adam Dyck, an industry representative from Warburtons, has been elected as the new Chair of the Cereals Canada Board of Directors. He will lead the organization's efforts to strengthen Canada's position as a trusted supplier of high-quality wheat, durum, barley, and oats.
Dyck replaces Brett Halstead, who served as Chair since 2024 and led the board in implementing a new strategic plan in 2025. The executive committee also includes Josh Boersen as Vice-Chair, Rob Stone as Secretary, and Jean-Marc Ruest as Treasurer. Four new directors have joined the board: Emiley Saunders and Scott Jespersen from the Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission, and Korey Peters and Doug Martin from the Manitoba Crop Alliance.
