Jennifer Biry, who has held various senior finance roles at AT&T since 1999 and previously served as CFO of WarnerMedia, will succeed Desroches.
Biry was appointed AT&T's Deputy Chief Financial Officer effective July 6, 2026, and will officially take over as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on January 1, 2027. Desroches, who joined AT&T in 2021, led initiatives including cost reductions, balance sheet simplification, and significant investments in 5G and fiber infrastructure during his tenure.
Prior to her roles at AT&T, Biry was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of McAfee. Her extensive background within AT&T spans finance, sales, and strategy.
