A recent report reveals that European chief executive officers are increasingly cautious about the long-term business prospects in China. Amid challenging global macroeconomic conditions, a significant portion of respondents are not optimistic about China's regulatory stability, simplicity, openness, and investment attractiveness over the next three years. Specifically, 34% of those surveyed expressed positive expectations for business conditions in China, while an equal percentage remained neutral. A notable 23% indicated negative expectations. Consequently, more European CEOs are prioritizing their relationships with India, signaling a shift in strategic focus.
