Chhattisgarh has secured investment Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) valued at over Rs 9,500 crore through agreements with seven companies during an investor connect event in Hyderabad. These investments are anticipated to generate more than 7,800 jobs across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, solar component manufacturing, and dairy.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, present at the event, highlighted that the implementation of these investment proposals has already commenced. He also mentioned that the state's new industrial policy has successfully attracted investment proposals totaling Rs 8 lakh crore. Sai encouraged investors to consider Chhattisgarh for substantial investments, noting the state's improved security situation with no remaining Maoist-affected districts.
