The three men face multiple weapons charges stemming from items found at their home the day after Nowak was killed in December 2025.
Digwa, 23, appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court to face six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place. The alleged weapons include a flick knife, an extendable baton, knuckledusters, a machete, swords, and kusaris. His father, Moga Singh, 52, and brother, Gurpreet Digwa, 27, appeared alongside him on bail to face the same charges.

All three defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges. The prosecution requested time to consider which charges to proceed with, noting that a number of weapons were recovered.
