Vickrum Digwa, along with his father Moga Singh and brother Gurpreet Digwa, appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court to face multiple weapons charges. Vickrum Digwa, 23, who was recently sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Henry Nowak, faces six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, including a flick knife, extendable baton, knuckledusters, machete, swords, and kusaris. His father, Moga Singh, 52, and brother, Gurpreet Digwa, 27, face the same charges. Gurpreet Digwa also faces four additional charges, including possessing an asp and a kirpan in public, carrying an axe in public, and possessing a prohibited air rifle. All alleged offences are dated December 4, 2025, the day after Nowak was killed. During the hearing, all three defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case was adjourned until July 9 for a further hearing. Moga Singh and Gurpreet Digwa were granted unconditional bail, while Vickrum Digwa received technical bail as he is already serving his prison sentence.
