NSUI Protests Paper Leaks, Demands Education Minister's Resignation

Police intervened to stop the march with heavy barricading, leading to confrontations where protesters attempted to climb the barriers. Authorities used force to disperse the crowd and detained several individuals, who were later released from Eco Garden. One protester reportedly fell unconscious and was admitted to the Civil Hospital.

During the protest, Jakhar criticized the BJP government for its alleged failure to conduct examinations fairly and accused it of protecting those involved in paper leaks. He demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him accountable for the irregularities. Jakhar also called for a ban on the National Testing Agency (NTA) and requested financial compensation for families of students affected by examination issues.

Anas Rahman affirmed that the NSUI would continue its protests, stating they were committed to raising the voices of students and unemployed youth.
