NSW Independent MP Tania Mihailuk argues compulsory superannuation is becoming a major issue for younger Australians. “I think the debate's worth having, to be honest,” Ms Mihailuk told News24 host Jaimee Rogers. “People do talk about it; it’s a big issue; a lot of young people are now raising, why am I paying this 12 per cent super? “I think the fact that people may spend a lifetime of paying it and maybe never ever reap the benefit of it is starting to make people question the value of it.”
