‘Vile and violent filth’: ABC blasted for ‘offensive attack’ against Gina Rinehart

News24 host Chris Kenny lashes the ABC over its treatment of Gina Rinehart, accusing the broadcaster of producing “mind-numbingly stupid, offensive and biased drivel” while taxpayers foot the bill. “Minister Anika Wells, you know the minister for rorts, I mean the minister for sport who got caught out taking her family to all sorts of sporting events at your expense and had to pay some of it back,” Mr Kenny said. “When I say responsible for the ABC, I mean she seems to be the one washing her hands of the ABC, pretending there's nothing she could or should be doing after its disgraceful and offensive attack against mining magnate Gina Rinehart. “The ABC, they not only put hateful, unfunny, filth to air, they also leave it on their website so you can still see it. “They just let the ABC use your money to pump out vile and violent filth, and as a government they do nothing. “It just goes to show that the ABC is out of control, there is no one in charge, and taxpayers are left funding mind-numbingly stupid, offensive and biased drivel day after day.”
