‘Very strong’: Labor Minister claims there’s no divide between Albanese and Chalmers

Industry and Innovation Minister Tim Ayres denies there’s any friction between Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Treasurer Jim Chalmers, calling the Labor government “very stable”. “This is a cabinet-style government that’s working very well; it's very stable,” Mr Ayres told News24 Political Editor Andrew Clennell. “It’s a real contrast to not only what’s happening around the world, but a real contrast to what's happening on the other side of politics. “Which is a total mess and has been since 2013.”
