News24 host James Morrow calls Communications Minister Anika Wells’ speech at the National Press Club the most “dangerous and disingenuous things” he’s ever seen. “That speech which Anika Wells gave at the Press Club was one of the most dangerous and disingenuous things I have seen in all my years of watching Australian politics,” Mr Morrow said. “What we’re talking about here is an attempt to regulate what we see. “This goes back to COVID; this goes back to the government as your single source of truth. “We’ve already seen how the eSafety Commissioner has tried to dial down things that she doesn’t like because it goes against the government's narrative about multiculturalism.”
