Trump ‘enjoys’ being friendly with politicians who have denounced him

​Center of the American Experiment's John Hinderaker says US President Donald Trump “enjoys” being friendly with politicians who have denounced him. “On Mamdani’s part, he’s trying to get federal funding for a housing project he’s working on in New York, so it’s in his interest to try to maintain a relationship with Trump,” Mr Hinderaker told News24 host James Macpherson. ​“I also think that Trump just enjoys being friendly with politicians who have denounced him as a fascist…because it shows how insincere those smears really are.”
