Trump aide hoax dubbed ‘extremely embarrassing’ for Burnham despite serious downplaying from PM

​UnHerd Newsroom Editor James Billot says UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s exchange of messages with a person posing as US President Donald Trump's chief of staff is "extremely embarrassing”. ​“He said in a later interview that this wasn’t embarrassing for him, when in fact, it was extremely embarrassing for him,” Mr Billot told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. ​“I don’t know how the leader of a country of 65 million people can mistakenly message the chief of staff for another head of state and somehow believe that that is the real person. ​“I think it speaks to a broader problem with the Burnham administration; it still hasn’t really found its feet yet.”
