Filmmaker Ami Horowitz condemns the response to migrant arrivals in a British seaside town, arguing security forces appeared focused on protecting and escorting migrants while locals faced restrictions. “British security did come to the scene, but they went there to protect and escort the migrants,” Mr Horowitz told News24 Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. “The scenes we saw of them being put into these buses and security services escorting them into safety were unbelievable; really, it was shameful. “They had this Section 34 dispersal order around that entire town from where they came in that basically meant people were on lockdown. That unless you're going to work or going to a hospital, you couldn't be on the streets or anywhere near this scene. “This is all inverted. I can't believe what is happening across Europe.”
