Shadow Energy Minister tears into Bowen's 82 per cent renewables target

Shadow Energy Minister Dan Tehan denounces Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen and his push for 82 per cent renewable energy. “What is secure about the wind and sun? Everything we get for our wind farms and our solar farms comes from offshore,” Mr Tehan told News24 host James Macpherson. “We’ve got oil, gas, coal and uranium in abundance underneath the ground that he doesn't want to touch.”
