Victoria Opposition Leader Jess Wilson unveils plans to create a dedicated criminal court of review, accusing Labor of allowing a “revolving door of bail” as crime concerns grow across the state. “Right now, we have one court of appeal that deals with both civil matters and criminal matters,” Ms Wilson told News24 host Peta Credlin. “We will have to appoint new judges with criminal expertise. “We want to make sure that our criminal justice system is actually working for Victorians. “We have a crime crisis in this state; we have a revolving door of bail under the Labor government.”
